Presenting modern marketing at the "Ondernemersuniversiteit"

At The House of Marketing we're always available to share our knowledge, not only with clients but also with marketing students. Which is why, yesterday evening, Nicole Berx presented at the "Ondernemersuniversiteit", an initiative of the UHasselt School of Expert Education and the "Club van Eigenaars-Ondernemers Limburg". There she talked about how modern marketing is different, how it needs to be supported by technology and finally what it all means for SMEs.

HackaTHoM: Going the extra mile!

Inspired by trending Hackathons, we launched our own variant: HackaTHoMs. HackaTHoMs are unique customer-centric marketing brainstorms that combine the cross industrial knowledge of our marketing consultants with brainsteering techniques. In a co-creative mindset, The House of Marketing helps clients to tackle business challenges for which they lack knowledge or time to solve them. HackaTHoMs are organized in an appropriate creative setting, making it fun and interesting for everyone.

Our THoMski 2016 was a blast!

Since more than 10 years, we organize a yearly ski trip! THoMers who love to ski or snowboard (or prefer especially the après-ski and just join for the nice atmosphere) have the opportunity to go for a short trip of 3-4 days in the mountains! During these days, we live together in a warm and cosy chalet. Fun guaranteed!

THoMers who love running have several opportunities to show their talents. Several times a year, we motivate as many THoMers as possible to participate in the Antwerp 10 Miles or the Acerta Ekiden. A perfect way to strengthen our physical health!

Immersion Camp 2015

The House of Marketing is proud to welcome 13 new THoMers! All new joiners at The House of Marketing participate in our Immersion Camp: a one week offsite, where they get an introduction in our way of working via interesting workshops and need to solve a challenging, real-life business case to get prepared for the life as a THoMer! But they also had a lot of fun! Now they are ready to dive into the exciting world of Marketing.

Summer informal at The Loop

During the summer months, the monthly THoM meetings are replaced by informal activities, where we also meet our freelance consultants. These activities can vary: a quiz, Viking kubb initiation, ... This summer we visited to The Loop, a retail technology experience center in Antwerp where the THoMers discovered some interesting retail concepts of the future!
